Ten 45-minute 1:1 coaching sessions; We'll partner to customize your coaching plan focusing on what is most important to you, setting your long and short-term goals
Session wrap-up sent via email outlining a summary of the session including action items
For a more structured approach, opt for the pre-defined session topics to integrate major aspects of career exploration and planning
Take the proprietary Leadership Self-Assessment to evoke awareness about your leadership strengths and opportunities for growth
Brief email or text support in between sessions as the need arises
